Expressive Rhone-esque blends from the Central Coast, Highlighting Westside Paso Robles
The Willow Creek Wine Co. brand is focused around Rhône varieties on the Central Coast, with a spotlight on the Paso Robles Willow Creek District. Both single varietal wines and blends are showcased under this project. Certain wines are produced every vintage such as Vernacular and GSM, while other small bottlings show up on the tasting menu for only a few months and may be exclusive to our wine club.
These small production lots are mostly sold directly from their hands to yours. Willow Creek core blends include the following:
GSM (Grenache, Syrah, Mourvedre blend)
Whole Cluster (Grenache based blend)
Other Rivers (Syrah based blend)
